Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using leretage.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the latest revision was made. Your continued use of the Website after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About Leretage
Leretage is an early-stage technology project developing a demand-first platform for luxury and vintage resale, built from Madrid, Spain, and operating across Europe.
The Website currently allows visitors to:
- submit a request for a specific luxury piece they are looking for;
- submit a luxury piece they wish to sell for review;
- apply to join our network of professional sellers;
- access a private space to track the status of their requests via a secure email link;
- view an aggregated, anonymised map of buyer demand.
At this stage, the Website does not itself process payments, hold items in stock, or guarantee that any request or piece submitted will result in a transaction. Any resulting sale is arranged and, where applicable, documented separately from the Website. Any references to future products, features, verification, escrow or delivery services, or business plans are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual offer or commitment until the relevant service is live and separately agreed with you.
3. Submitting a request or a piece for sale
When you submit a buyer request or a piece for sale, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit any photographs or details you upload.
Submitting a request or a piece does not guarantee a match, a sale, or a purchase. Leretage reviews submissions against current and upcoming demand or supply and will contact you if there is a relevant match. Leretage may decline to progress any submission at its discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website only in accordance with applicable laws. You must not: violate any applicable law or regulation; interfere with the operation or security of the Website; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; distribute malware, viruses or malicious code; use automated tools to scrape, harvest or extract Website content except where permitted by applicable law; submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is detected.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the Website — including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, design, software, layouts and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Leretage and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Leretage trademark is registered in France (INPI n° 25 5169480).
You may access and view the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written permission, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Website content.

6. Information disclaimer
The Website is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing contained on the Website constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice, and nothing on the Website creates a contractual relationship between you and Leretage beyond the specific processing of a submission you make. Business plans, roadmaps, projections, product descriptions and future functionality are illustrative only and may change without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy or completeness of information, freedom from errors, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of viruses or harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leretage and its founders, operators, affiliates and advisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Website, your inability to access the Website, reliance on Website content, or technical failures or interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leretage and its founders, operators and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
11. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the laws of your country of residence, including Spain if you reside there.
